Refund policy

Cancellation — You can cancel your Red Box subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing.

No partial-month refunds — When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid period. We do not refund the unused portion of a partial month.

Billing errors — If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate.
