Cancellation policy

At Red Box Technical Analysis, we offer monthly memberships that provide access to our educational trading content, courses, and community.

1. Monthly Memberships

All Red Box memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership through your customer account or by contacting us at the email address provided on our website.

Cancellation will stop future recurring payments. You will continue to have access to the membership and its included content until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If you cancel your membership, you will not receive a refund or partial refund for the remaining days of your current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of that billing period.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion.

4. Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

By subscribing to a Red Box membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing period.

5. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, access to membership content and community features may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully completed.

6. Cancellation by Red Box

Red Box Technical Analysis reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a member violates our Terms of Service, community rules, or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Trading Risk

Red Box Technical Analysis provides educational content only. Nothing provided through our website, courses, community, videos, analyses, or other services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and financial results.
